Stewards training July 26

Hello brothers and sisters,

We always need more stewards and we know we have members who want to be a steward. We are offering a stewards training on Zoom, on August 26.

The training runs from 6 to 8 p.m. It will cover:

• The rights and duties of a UE Steward including:
• How to prepare for and conduct a Level 1 and Level 2 grievance hearings.
• The role of the steward in predetermination hearings, those that may result in termination or other disciplinary action.

There will be a question and answer session. The Zoom directions are included here.

All UE Local 170 officers, stewards and interested members are strongly urged to attend.
