Workers in the West Virginia state hospitals have been forcefully overworked, understaffed, harassed by management and threatened with their jobs. The administrators continue to treat us with no dignity or respect.
At the same time, the state is spending millions of dollars hiring contract employees who are taking hundreds of our full-time positions. These workers are getting preferential treatment for vacations and scheduling.
This is unacceptable!
