Message from the West Virginia Public Employees Grievance Board:
“All timeframes for all grievance levels, including the time to file a grievance, have been waived until May 29, 2020. The Grievance Board will continue to monitor the situation and this date may be further extended in order to ensure the health and safety of all parties.”
Additionally, ALL proceedings at ALL levels of the grievance process shall be continued through that timeframe.
Due to the COVID-19 virus the Grievance Board’s offices continue to remain closed. Staff will be monitoring emails and voicemails remotely with limited capabilities. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
