The President of Chapter 4, James Williams, recently confronted the management of Jackie Withrow about back pay for COVID issues, which included COVID tests on their days off, requiring employees to use sick leave if they missed a COVID test, and other issues.
Management agreed to back-pay the employees for one-third of what the workers were due. However, this is an example of management finally doing the right thing and using common sense, and we will always have to, from time to time, protect our rights.
