Semiannual training weekend
August 27, 2021 - August 29, 2021
Hello brothers and sisters,
We are proud to revive our semiannual training weekend later this month!
The training will be Friday, August 27 through Sunday, August 29, at the Days Inn & Suites in Flatwoods. That’s off Exit 67 of Interstate 79, easily visible on top of the hill.
We have a wide range of training, put on by UE National and Regional staff, as well as UE Local 170 leaders and members. They will put on *free* classes on subjects such as:
- Being a steward
- Helping members in predetermination and Level 1 hearings
- Organizing
- Officers training
So we can get a head count for food, rooms and class sizes, please RSVP to Leslie Riddle by August 18 at (304) 917-9099.
