UE Local 170 members picketed outside the fence at Mildred Mitchell-Bateman Hospital in Huntington on Monday, protesting work conditions and shorthanded staffing.
Speaking anonymously for fear of retaliation, our Chapter 3 members said they have tried to bring their concerns to Bateman administration, but to no avail. “We just want what’s right for our patients,” one employee said.
