UE Local 170 monitors upcoming legislation that will affect our members. We work with legislators to make a positive impact on relevant bills and we mobilize our members when necessary.
If you voted in the May 10 primary, you no doubt discovered or were reminded: All the districts are different. This is because of (a) the 10-year redistricting after the 2020 U.S. Census and (b) the House of Delegates going to 100 single-delegate districts.
Your Senate district may have changed a little or a lot, but your House district is definitely different!
The Secretary of State has an interactive voter map, in which you can enter your street address and find out your House, Senate districts, as well as your precinct and magisterial district. Look at the map here.
